Welcome to Clikterria, a subscription platform offering coaching, skill-building tools, and a curated selection of HTML5 games to enhance your gameplay experience.
By accessing or using our website, services, or any related content, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they represent a legally binding agreement between you and Clickterria. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Services Provided
Clikterria primarily offers coaching and skill-building resources to help you improve your gameplay through personalized guidance, strategy advice, and gameplay analysis. Our platform helps you find the perfect mentor based on your skill level, goals, and playing style. In addition, as part of your membership, you have access to a curated selection of HTML5 games for entertainment. Please note that these games are separate from coaching services.
Use of the Services
You agree to use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are expected to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally during all interactions, including communications with Clikterria customer support and online coaches. If we detect any misuse or violation of these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without prior notice.
Eligibility
Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if such proof is not provided.
Account Registration & Security
To access our Services, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account details.
Subscription, Trial & Payment
Clikterria operates on a subscription model. A trial period may be offered with a nominal verification charge, which will be refunded immediately. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a 28-day billing cycle at the applicable rate for your country (refer to the Pricing section in Terms for details). Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period, and by subscribing, you authorize us to collect these payments using the payment method you provided during sign up. Pricing
Below is a list of supported countries grouped by region, along with their respective subscription fees. Please find your country to see the applicable authorization charge (which will be refunded) and the 28-day subscription rate.
For countries not listed in the table, the default rates apply: an authorization charge of 1.00 EUR and a 28-day subscription fee of 38.95 EUR.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or using online tool - Cancel Subscription. If you cancel after your subscription renews, your access will continue until the end of the current paid term. See Subscription terms for more info on the topic.
You are also eligible to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered according to our Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once your refund request is received, the funds will typically be returned within 14 days, although processing times may vary depending on your issuing Bank.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, videos, guides, and games available through the Service remain the property of Clikterria or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit this content.
Privacy & Data
We value your privacy and handle your personal data in compliance with relevant data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Communication & Notifications
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all important notifications - including welcome emails, reminder email, cnalceation confirmation termination notices, change of terms - we cannot be held responsible for any failures in delivery. It is your responsibility to maintain a functioning email account and check that messages from us are not blocked, filtered as spam, or sent to junk folders. Please note that some older or less commonly used email providers (such as Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Live) and certain corporate/work email systems may have stricter spam filters that affect message delivery. For best results, we recommend using widely supported personal email adresses and routinely reviewing your spam or junk folders.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your access will end immediately, and we reserve the right to delete your account and any related data in accordance with applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
Clikterria reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes occur, the revised Terms with an updated “Effective Date” will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. For any major changes, we will provide at least two weeks’ advance notice before they become effective.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clikterria will not be liable for: loss of rank, MMR, or in-game rewards, downtime or interruptions of service, personal dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
